How Things Work

Prior to your child’s start date we encourage you to visit the centre as often as possible. You can spend an hour, two hours or all day. The more times you visit the more we will get to know each other which can only be good for us all. During this time you will be shown around the centre, be introduced to the teachers and given lots of information about how things work in the Infants and Toddlers Centre. If there is anything you don’t understand please ask. It is our pleasure to help you, to assure and re-assure you that your child is our first and foremost priority.

All the children in the Infants and Toddlers have a personal belongings basket which is supplied by the centre. We ask you to ensure that there are several changes of clothing and hats appropriate for the season and the weather. If your child clothing needs changing during the day which almost all children do the soiled clothing will be paced in a plastic bag and put in the basket. All you need to do is check the basket daily; you can take it home with you and replenish it with clean clothing. It’s as simple as that.
